"Rude Paediatric Nurse"

I love Southend hospital, and I have never had a bad experience there ever before I have epilepsy, so have been seen many times and had both my children there, and have always meet lovely staff. However last night a paramedic brought my 4 year old little girl in, as we passed in the corridors the staff were lovely and saying hello to her. However we were then greeted or un greeted by a nurse in the a & e paediatric department, who was so rude, it actually made me want to cry, after the stress of my little girl being unwell. I’ve never known a children’s nurse to be so rude, talking down to me, and building no Rapor with my little girl. Ive Never experienced this from any staff member before. I work in healthcare, and appreciate the nhs stuff so much, but this nurse was so rude she should not be working with children.
