(as the patient),

I had a biopsy from my bladder to check for cancer. The consultation was to advise me of the results and discuss further treatment.  The consultation was carried out my Specialist Nurse Maureen. The consultation was carried in a very professional and caring manner that put me at ease. The biopsy was negative for cancer which was a great relief.  Specialist Nurse Maureen shared all the information from the procedure and advised me on the future steps.

I was exceedingly pleased with the exceptional service I received on the consultation.

Thank you so much for your kind words. It's always a difficult time awaiting biopsy results and I'm delighted your results were negative. We value all feedback ( good and bad )as this allows us to reflect on our practice and develop our service.
