The process of getting my hands back to some semblance of normality has finally commenced. I had my first operation for my left hand Carpal Tunnel Syndrome yesterday at Cannock Chase Hospital under Mr McBride, an Orthopaedic Consultant. Absolutely painless and the care that I received from the staff was absolutely amazing, they were all so caring even though they were exceedingly busy. Do not let anyone decry the NHS I could not have has better care anywhere else than I had there, absolutely 5 STAR treatment.  Now the other hand is scheduled in about 3 months’ time!!!
