About: NHS Fife / COVID-19 Vaccination Service

(as the patient),

Arrived on time and was met by lovely staff members who guided me to where I needed to go. 

Was seated and asked a series of medical history questions and was explained which vaccine I would receive and what potential side effect may occur.

The jab was quick and painless and I was guided to my next destination to wait for 15 minutes to ensure I fine after my vaccination. 

During the wait, the lovely staff asked if I was feeling okay in a caring manner.
