Praise indeed for community nursing team, having had quite a few nurses visit at home and a couple of visits to Torrington community hospital for surgical wound care to both knees. Total care and empathy shown at all times, cheerful, quick to respond both at hospital reception and nurse call back when needed.
Today another visit highlighted to me just why this happens especially when working as part of a team. A happy nurse feels valued as do the team by their management , whoever this person is you are doing a great job! Reflected by the nursing team at Torrington. Please pass on my gratitude to the nurses who have attended to me, I also have felt valued, safe, it is heart warming to know despite being part of a huge cog you are able to deliver excellent care.
