I had an appointment at the Ophthalmology Clinic
Unfortunately, I arrived at the Main Entrance, but the Department is at the other, far end of the hospital. I was assisted (I am slightly disabled) to the correct booking area. After consultation, I was assisted back to my car.
My whole experience was positive, efficient, and professional, and couldn't be faulted.
