"Terrible appt system "

when you get into see a doctor fantastic service. The telephone appt system awful three days running lve been on phone at 8am made over 250 attempts to get through line busy constantly l managed to speak to someone yesterday to b told no appts and to add insult to injury they only had 4 appts to release absolute joke.This morning 103 attempts manage to get through 3 times to automated message and told to hold on for appt guess what cut off at the end and lm still in pain with no appt wordsley green you really need to look at your appts system as obviously its not working!
