"Refusal to see me"

About: Eynsham Medical Group

Refused to see me after a traffic crash, despite me being outside the surgery at the time - Was expeiencing dizziness, arm pains and numbness in fingers.

Receptionist and 'paramedic' both told me to catch bus to Witney Hospital - When I explained i didn't have a facemask I was told to call an ambulance.

Eventually gave up and called 111 who sent an ambulance, but took me to Radcliffe instead of Witney as Witney didn't have the necessary equipment!

Having called doctor on previous occasion after experiencing headaches following another crash, the doctor told me to come in straight away, so I didn't think calling them this time was unreasonable, especially I was actually right outside their building at the time
