"Very smoothly done "

I attended the fracture clinic to check on the progress of my shoulder injury.

I was early so expected to wait, but no - I was sent for an Xray before my appointment time. The Xray staff were lovely.

When I returned from the Xray I was taken straight in to see the doctor, who was very personable.

Referral to physio took into account which hospital is easiest for me to access.

I was out in less than an hour.

All in all, a very smoothly managed process with lovely staff.
