About: Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust

I was taken by ambulance to Worcestershire Royal Hospital on 3/6/2021 with suspected heart problems which turned out to be an acute allergic reaction.

The care I received from the moment the ambulance crew turned up and the care in A&E was outstanding. Everyone involved, nurses, doctors, technicians, porters, was considerate, respectful and reassuring. I felt that I was in good hands and I felt safe. My care overall during the five hours I was in hospital was second to none.

I could not have had better treatment.
