"Hound Ward SAU"

I would like to give credit to the ward sister who went out of her way to keep me and others fully informed. It was clear that she was struggling to get answers from the doctors. I was meant to have an operation but it was cancelled and I have to return at a later date. I could have been sat there for hours having not eaten or had a drink. She confirmed I could eat and drink as it wasn't going ahead. She is clearly at the top of her game. Hound is a great ward and had my last op there, I just wish the doctors would communicate with the nursing staff more.
