"Brilliant Staff"

I attended the clinic, and despite the numbers waiting, a great service was provided.

One 'patient' became very aggressive, shouting and swearing at the staff, and they all supported each other. Another patient stepped in to escort the individual outside, which was an extremely valiant act.

I have nothing but praise for the staff, despite a 3 hour wait.
