"empty building"

About: Churchtown Medical Centre

i rang to make a phone consultation and was abruptly told by a receptionist there as no one able to talk to me by phone or otherwise, not even for the next day. so the building is empty of people. the actual doctors are unaware of the attitude of the front desk people. If you phone 111, at least you speak to someone about your condition.

Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about your experience with us. We understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to see your GP and regardless of weather we are able to provide your with an appointment at the time of your call, it is our aim to always be kind and understanding with our patients and provide them with any additional help/signposting and advise within our roles. Unfortunately at the time of your experience we were not able to pre-book appointments as all appointments available for the day were released at 8 am. We have however re-introduced our book in advance slots that can be booked via our automated system, in hopes that this will help reduce the 8AM rush and give patients an opportunity to call in and book an appointment at any given time rather than just 8AM. While we understand this will not change your past experience , we really hope this will improve any future experiences with us. If you need any further support please do not hesitate to contact us on 01704 22 44 11
