Came for lengthy MRI on 29/05, greeted by pleasant, friendly staff, who explained everything clearly. Radiologist personable and professional, provided clear instructions and great classical music to drown the sound of machines. Felt safe, secure and looked after. Great job everyone, credit to the NHS.
