I've tried calling multiple times to book my sons second immunisations and have had the phone put down on me everything I've called,I also tried to contact them around 4 weeks ago regarding my 2 month old babies hernia and the same thing happened then,the receptionist that is on should not be ending people's phone calls what if they were urgent I have no way of formally filing a complaint as I cannot get through to them this matter needs sorting

We are sorry that you have had issues with our telephone system. We are aware that our telephone system is outdated and in need of improvement. We are currently in the process of installing a new phone system which we will hope help manage these issues. We are hoping this will be in place in the next few months.
