I've tried calling multiple times to book my sons second immunisations and have had the phone put down on me everything I've called,I also tried to contact them around 4 weeks ago regarding my 2 month old babies hernia and the same thing happened then,the receptionist that is on should not be ending people's phone calls what if they were urgent I have no way of formally filing a complaint as I cannot get through to them this matter needs sorting
