About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I was brought in today for a follow on procedure that was cancelled due to covid. I was anxious about what they would find but from the moment of my arrival I was put at ease and the nurses and carol, the domestic, were brilliant. I want to say a massive thank you to the theatre team and especially to the nurse (sorry I cant remember their name) whom held my hand as they tried to access a vein (was the only painful moment). I don't really want to pick someone out as they were all brilliant, from office staff to domestic staff -  many many thanks again.

There was a nurse I'm sure called Linda whom did my pre admission and covid test whom was absolutely brilliant with me she is a credit to the profession also the nurses in anaesthetic room were all brilliant and kept me calm although I am dealing with an infection I would like to be able to say a massive thanks you run a fantastic unit
