This is a patient who has been here a period of time. She likes it when her family visit her and the two sessions of visiting allow her family to be flexible. The staff have been very attentive and looked after her needs. She says they're a great team. The physio has been attending to her today and had her out for a little walk in the sunshine.

Dear LD2021

Thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion. As Clinical Services Director, it is good to hear that you are enjoying seeing your family a bit more as we have been allowed to lift the visiting restrictions slightly. I'm also delighted to hear that the staff and volunteers are treating you well and that you have been able to stretch your legs in our hospice grounds.

I will feedback your kind wishes to the great Kilbryde team - both those working in our In-patient unit and our staff and volunteers who work in retail, fundraising and behind the scenes keeping the wheels of the hospice turning. This will give them a great boost.
