"Change of key worker"

About: Change Grow Live Cambridgeshire / Wisbech

(as a service user),

I had a key worker that I worked well with and unfortunately the powers that be decided that my worker wasn't going to see me anymore because I fell into the wrong category 4 or 5 months went passed and I never had contact with my new key worker. The new key worker left and now I'm back with the old key worker who said its probably temporary so I'm really happy to be back with my old key worker but see little point in getting too happy as I will probably not last.

I'm sorry to gear that. Really doesn't help moving workers, I really do understand that. Sometime we have to for a number of reasons. What worries me is that you didn't have contact for such a long time. That isn't good enough and I am sorry for that. when we do change workers we need to make sure it is in a planned way. Ill speak to the local Team leader to make sure all transitions are smooth and as easy as possible.
