About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as a service user),

From the minute I arrived the staff nurse Aisling put me at ease and the experience was less anxiety provoking. The staff gave you time and patience to answer any questions, throughout my procedure the staff interacted and conversed casually whilst the doctor talked to me openly about his findings. I just wanted to say thank you and please know that you are appreciated 100%
