(as the patient),

I have been a patient in Kilbryde Hospice for a few weeks.  I have my own individual room and have my personal effects with me.  The nursing team and doctors are excellent.  Very caring and helpful.

Dear DG2021,

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about your stay as an in-patient here with us at Kilbryde Hospice.

We do like to encourage all our patients to bring any personal belongings with them so as to make the environment as welcoming, comfortable and homely as possible. We also love to look at, and chat about, photographs, ornaments and mementos that are important to you.

It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback and I will pass on to the whole team that you feel the nursing team and doctors are excellent. I am also delighted to hear that you find everyone very helpful and caring.
