Thank you to all involved with recent ENT surgery in ARI, Mr Ram and the nursing teams in both ward 210 and Woodend pre-assessment clinic. All staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. No question was too small and at all stages I felt I received individualised, personal care. An overnight stay was required following my surgery and I felt very safe under the care of the the night nurse looking after me. I hope this post helps relieve any pre-surgery nerves for patients plagued with the polyps! !
