I’ve had long term conditions for over 20yrs. Including a particularly bad experience a few years ago. I was nervous going into this appointment. But Arash, Jim & the administration staff member were so polite and kind. As I was NBM I hadn’t taken some of my routine meds to help with the pain. Was in agony during the proceedure/scans. Both Arash & Jim were so patient. I really appreciated their calmness and kindness.
