I was a patient in the day surgery/ambulatory ward following abdominal surgery. I would like to thank all staff who cared for me during a 5 day stay but there are a number of nurses and auxiliary staff who really went above and beyond.
A special thank you to Louise, Katie, Katelyn, Laura, Julie, Linda and first year student Mollie who made me feel safe and kept me well informed every step of the way. I was overwhelmed with the level of kindness and support.
Ella, Dee and Samantha could not do enough for me, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They kept my spirits high and Ella always provided the laughs.
Can’t thank them enough!
In addition to this, my surgeon, Mr MacDonald, performed miracles. Forth Valley NHS are the best!
