"Forever grateful for her help"

Well I got to a point where I didn't think I could carry on so I tried to end my life.

I could not go through with it but still felt very low I contacted my Dr and he referred me to this wonderful woman Debbie  she listened to me and understood what's needed to get my life on track again she has put me in touch with iapt talk group a good work specialist who is helping me back into work due to unemployment since covid also going to try hypnotherapy and in touch with a no smoking service to help me I did not know help is there and Debbie showed me there is I will be forever grateful for her help
