"Great care for my 90 year old Aunt..."

My Aunt was referred to the Trips and Falls team in Bromley and we were lucky enough to come into contact with Joan and Tracey in order to assess her and start her on Physiotherapy.

So often the elderly are overlooked when it comes to care but not by this dedicated team. 

My Aunt suffers with Dementia and therefore some things need to be repeated and reiterated many times, explanations need to be set at the right level - patience is required in abundance - Joan and Tracey tick every box.  They are such professionals and have a brilliant way of making my Aunt feel completely relaxed, comfortable and included in the decision making with regard to her care and rehabilitation.

I cannot praise this team highly enough - my Aunt is more active and has without doubt improved with their help and guidance.
