"1st COVID vaccine - well oiled machine"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Covid Vaccination Programme

(as the patient),

On arrival I was extremely nervous and started crying when I saw the nurse. She was the loveliest lady and completely reassuring. The jab was over before I knew it and pain free. Fantastic staff from the man on the car park entrance gate, to the ladies at the 15 min waiting area. The vaccine centre runs like a well oiled machine.

Dear Severityrt66

I am sorry to hear that you were nervous when you attended for your vaccination however it is lovely to hear that the nurse reassured you and it was a simple, pain free procedure. I am sure that your feedback will be very helpful to others that may be anxious about receiving their vaccine.

I will pass on your thanks to all of the team. We look forward to welcoming you back for your next vaccine. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us feedback.

Best wishes

Lisa
