(as the patient),

I had to have a CT scan today at the Blue Sky Imaging Suite. I was worried about having a cannula put in due to a previous bad experience (not at this department). The nurse who did it was really kind and got it on the first attempt. The rest of the procedure was explained as it was done and I left feeling that this had been a positive experience.
