Staff at sexual health Fife went above and beyond for me, even managing to squeeze me in for a face to face consultation despite their limited consultations being fully booked until July. Both nurses I spoke with were very kind, thorough and personable, making the process so much easier. I have sincere gratitude for their services, and would like to recommend that the number of clinics/consultations is increased. While Covid concerns are very real, as is the increased time needed for additional cleaning, there is a clear demand for services in this area as shown by the fact that appointments are severely limited until July. I was incredibly lucky to be seen so quickly and can only hope that others are able to receive the same level of care, especially in an area with such a sensitive nature.
