(as a service user),

Our 6 year old son hit his head on a door and got a nasty cut, which either needed Glued or stitches. We took him to Royal Hospital for Children A& E. the treatment he got from the Doctor Jonathon and the nurse Debbie was outstanding. They really put my son at ease while treating his sore cut.

Sorry to hear about your son's accident, and I hope he is on the mend and doing well now. Thank you for the lovely feedback regarding you and your son's experience whilst attending our ED, it was lovely to read.

I will pass on your comments to the team and in particular to the DR. and the nurse, who will be delighted that you took the time to post on care opinion, and they were able to put your son at ease, while attending his injury.
