"Very poor service"

About: Higher Ince Surgery

I have tried for the last hour to get through to the surgery. My husband has a chronic condition and I wanted to check on his prescription (painkillers). The line is either constantly engaged or when it rings it is then hung up. Perhaps the reception is very busy but given that I have previously been told by a receptionist that they routinely hang up the phone if they are busy I now have no faith whats ever.
