Excellent level of care. Good lines of communication. Quiet welcoming environment for parents and babies. 

Felt reassured that babies received excellent standard of care in my absence.

We know that parents often feel frightened when their babies are admitted to us and we try our best to keep parents informed about what is happening. Research has shown that a quiet environment is best for the recovery of babies so I am delighted that this was your experience and that you are now home with your twins.
