I have been looked after by the audiology department for the last 6 years while working away form home and the whole department, especially the receptionists, have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will not be visiting again due to work changes and while no-one ever "wants to visit the hospital" I will miss the reception ladies exceptional services . Thank you
