"Made Inaccessible "

The surgery was once great, but is now made inaccessible.

To attend an appointment, you now need to ring the buzzer and speak over the intercom. I’m not able to do this, as a result of a disability.

I raised this with the practice directly, and was rudely told that they’re unwilling to make an accommodation. I can’t in good conscience rate any higher, when they’ve made the service inaccessible to those with similar disabilities.
