I felt anxious about visiting the hospital for examination and biopsy of a concerning area in my mouth. The staff who treated me were so kind and explained everything really clearly to me and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Their reassuring and kind approach made the visit less difficult for me than I was expecting.
