(as a service user),

I was invited to book my second Covid vaccination about a week ago. The receptionist was warm and caring when I rang in, she expressed delight that I was taking up the offer.

When I went to the surgery today I went straight in, with no waiting around. I was consented by a courteous member of staff and seen and vaccinated efficiently by the nurse. I feel very grateful that I could be vaccinated close to home with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. Another example of what an excellent practice this is. Thank you to all members of staff.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. We have been Covid vaccinating since the middle of December 2020. Our team have given up their days off and worked dozens of extra hours to ensure that we can deliver vaccines to those who wish to have them. Lovely feedback makes it all worthwhile, so thank you again from the whole team!
