Thank you for taking the time to post your story on Care Opinion. As Clinical Services Director at Kilbryde Hospice, it is reassuring to heat that your wife had "tender loving care" whilst an in-patient. You mention wonderful staff too- thank you for these kind words. This will give our entire staff and volunteer team a great boost - those working in our in-patient unit and the team working in the background to support our clinical service. It's positive words like this that makes the entire team's job worthwhile. I will ensure that all staff are made aware of your feedback.
