"Unable to rearrange vaccination"

About: NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde / Covid Vaccination Programme

(as the patient),

I cancelled an appointment that I couldn’t attend.

I have tried several days without success since, and I’ve now gone past the 12 week window.

I’ve complained to the health board and the Scottish govt, and it’s been a complete waste of time.

I thought we were trying to combat COVID-19 virus spread in Scotland/UK, especially the ‘Indian’ variant. If you can’t rearrange an appointment, then people shouldn’t be told they can!

I note that you have already called the National Helpline, but you can also re-arrange your appointment via NHS Inform http://www.nhsinform.scot/covid-19-vaccine/invitations-and-appointments/rearrange-or-opt-out-of-your-coronavirus-vaccination-appointment
