Have a repeat for life prescription, each month I telephone for this, 8 months ago I was told I need a medication review for further prescriptions in 2 months, no review happened, this week while ordering a week early because of the normal shambles, I was told I cannot get this as I need a medication review before any more is issued. This medication is for life and the review was 6 months late.
"Amateur at best."
