"Friendly and caring service for my son"

About: WestMARC (Lanarkshire) / Paediatric Wheelchair Clinic

(as a service user),

My son had a paediatric review appointment this week with one of the therapists, Stella. I was a bit nervous as we had only ever seen one woman before, but Stella was so friendly and knowledgeable. Made us feel very at ease, gave us options and suggestions for adjustments and for going forward when my son outgrows his current chair. We left feeling really positive with how the appointment went and I just felt it was something that should be known how great Stella was. Thank you

In particular, I was very glad to hear that Stella’s friendly approach helped you both feel at ease during this appointment. I was also pleased to hear that as part of the patient centred care, Stella’s provided options and suggestions which can be explored further, with you and your son, as we support his journey together.
