My husband's final days, at the end of April, were spent on Jonson Ward, Northwick Park, where I cannot thank the staff enough for how attentive they were to him and how accommodating they were to me.
Because of his condition I was allowed daily visits, which I valued enormously, and I was so appreciative of the way both the nurses and doctors managed the time, busy though they were, to update me and ask for any concerns I had.
It was a very sad time but I shall always be grateful for the support I was given and the knowledge that my husband was being so well cared for.
