I would of prefered to send an email but since you do not have an email address (in this day and age how is that possible I don't know...!) My only option is to raise my issues here.

I have been trying to get my first mother and baby appointment for a long time now - my son was born in March and since he was born, I have called nearly every week to book his first immunisation and 6-8 week mother and baby check up. Each time I call, I'm on the phone waiting for at least 50 minutes, only to find out that they are"unable to give an appointment, please call again next week". How is this acceptable?! Just last week I managed to get my son's first immunisation - at 11 weeks (which should actually be done 6-8 weeks AS STATED ON THE NHS WEBSITE). But no appointment to check for myself or baby. I wish you would not take on or welcome new patients because you are not even able to give appointments... this is not acceptable. Health visitos do not even visit you physically anymore due to covid, so my son has not had a physical check up since he was 5 days old!!! I will be changing practice ASAP!.
