(as a service user),

I just wanted to say how much I love and appreciate the NHS. I have had quite a lot of appointments at the Haematology Dept. Thankfully for nothing too serious - awful mouth ulcers. The staff have ALL been absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, compassionate, thorough and good humoured throughout. So really I just want to say a huge thankyou to all NHS staff. You are doing an amazing job and we are so lucky to have you.
