(as a service user),

The nurses and healthcare assistants from the Garvagh and Kilrea District Nursing Team which we meet in our home are all very professional. I know that any queries I have will be answered in a down to earth manner which I can understand/

They are very pleasant and out going and try to bring out the positives when my husband is feeling glum and down.

We are lucky to live in an area which is served by a team of such dedicated nurses.

May I add that they have been very covid aware, wearing their correct PPE at all visits without any prompting.

My thanks to all concerned.

Thank you very much for taking the time to express your very positive comments in respect of both you and your husband's experience of our district nursing service. It is lovely to hear how the nurses and healthcare assistants have worked together to raise your husband's spirits during the time they have been caring for him and also how they had answered your questions ensuring their message has been clearly received.

Infection prevention and control is very important to us and I am very pleased to hear your reflections in this regard. I will be sharing your feedback with staff which I know they will be delighted to hear.
