About: North Middlesex Hospital

Transport is Always late. They,"transport" have a hard time knowing where the transport lounge is,from the hospital entrance,it takes them to 2 hours to make it to the lounge. I am unsure which route they take.It would be understandable or forgiving if it only happened now and again, but daily is exhausting.Especially after cancer treatments, between my treatments and transport there is an absolute drop in communication between medical staff and transport staff, which in turn is 100% lack in consideration for the patient. Treatment is about 10 mins. long. Four hours of waiting for transport or medical staff sending me to wait in wrong areas or not knowing who should be doing what.No matter whom I've spoken to about this,"even when they say will check into this" It isn't happening. I am doing treatments to get better from cancer, and my health seems to have worsened from lack of compassionate care.
