Extremely unpleasant person in the Covid booking and service department.
Very impudent and disrespectful.
Not hearing or considering any concern or question of the patient honestly.
Seemed to be annoyed by the sheer presence of someone asking questions.
Very condescending behavior and answers right away, eventually suggesting to get all healthcare advice from Google.
