(as a parent/guardian),

I had my son four weeks early, he was placed in special care where he received very good care. The staff on the neonatal unit were excellent and very supportive to my son and myself, I can’t say anything bad about my experience, they have a great team that works well. Thank you

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback, at what must be a very busy time with a new baby at home.

I am so glad to hear that you found the staff to be supportive to yourself and your son.

It is not what anyone expects, to have their beautiful newborn baby be admitted to the special care unit, and we strive to make the time be the least stressful it can be.

I hope that your son continues to thrive at home.
