(as a relative),

My 78yr old Dad attended ED in May.

I would like to thank everyone who helped him - from reception staff- to the lovely nurse  who treated him very well.

I do not know her name but thank you so much for looking after him, when you were chatting you stated your dad worked where my Dad had worked.

Anyhow reception staff were helpful to me and let my dad know I had arrived and was waiting for him

Very well done everyone--- thanks a million

I was delighted to read that all the staff treated both your dad and you with compassion and that he was very well looked after whilst in the department.
