"Care given by my GPS surgery"

I have a progressive neurological condition complicated by other health issues that have worsened during the pandemic. I have therefore been in contact with the surgery more than I would have liked . Some weeks it felt as if I was ringing every day, they must have felt, oh no her again.

But the staff could not be more professional and helpful. In particular Matt on reception who no matter what the problem is sorts it out very quickly and he always keeps me updated with the progress of issue or concern that he is trying to sort out for me.  Dr Sid and Dr Desi who always rings back.

Th practice has grown over the years but I still feel I am treated as an individual and that I am listened to by all the staf.

They have put their patients first even through these difficult times and I would publicly like to thank them for all they do for me and my husband.
