This surgery has always been really good but my latest experience has left me feeling uncared for and let down. Rude staff. Failure to do what they promise & ultimately place patients at risk. Would not recommend

Dear Anonymous, In response to your recent experience with ourselves. Please contact me directly to discuss further as the service we provide should not put anyone at risk and ultimately if staff are rude to patients we need to address those issues. Claire Strong Assistant Practice Manager
