I went in for a partial knee replacement in April when i met the surgeon it became immediately apparent I was in excellent hands, from the moment I arrived until I left, the care I received from all the staff on the 3rd floor where I recovered from my operation were amazing, All staff, nurses, surgeon and consultants and super gold star for the physiotherapist they were terrific, very attentive and friendly. The hospital is clean and the service was very good. I would recommend this hospital to anyone every time, if I ever have any other problems I will go only there unless I have no choice, the BMI Independent will be my first choice 100%
